I am debating whether to include this form on the site once it goes live – it is up to you guys to let me know if we should.

My goal is to have this done by the next CEC; there are approximately 8 pages (75% built) that still need to be finished out.
I would love to have this all wrapped up by July 19th for the Texas Red Rally and publish live the week of.
